Defendant acquitted of DUI

Our client was charged with DUI after being found unconscious behind the wheel of his car in the middle of an intersection.  Through cross-examination, the Issa Law Firm was able to show that the results of the field sobriety tests in our Client’s case were unreliable.  Further, through a thorough investigation of the case, the Issa Law Firm was able to show that our Client could not have been drinking in the time leading up to the incident.
